Do I need Brazos River Authority approval to clear near Possum Kingdom Lake?
Check with the BRA before any work near the water. The BRA defines the lake boundary as the 1,000-foot contour line, and it permits docks, seawalls and other improvements at the lake; some work may also need Army Corps of Engineers approval. Is there a burn ban in Palo Pinto County?

Can you cut a driveway and pad on a steep lot?
Often, yes. We look at slope, rock and drainage when we walk it, and quote the drive and pad per job. On very steep lots we will say if it needs an engineer first.
